Cardrona Terraces is a 700m2 villa set on a tranquil 42-acres near one of New Zealand’s top tourist destinations.
Drawing inspiration from the early Spanish Missions of California, the property has an eclectic range of characteristics. The architecture is harmoniously paired with an ultra-premium, yet cosy interior design with a ‘hunting lodge’ aesthetic.
The grandeur of the property starts from the moment of arrival, with large wooden doors providing entry to a dramatic central atrium.
A sweeping curved staircase takes you to the second-floor and the primary lounge space, boasting an open fire, bar and balcony. The adjoining library, complete with inviting leather chairs, is an idyllic spot for relaxation, with the expansive windows drawing in the dramatic alpine scenery.
